ChemLogix Announces Ezeuzoh Promotion to Chief Financial Officer
Blue Bell, Penn, November 23, 2009 – ChemLogix, LLC, logistics services provider to the chemical industry (www.chemlogix.com), announces the promotion of Francis Ezeuzoh to the position of
Chief Financial Officer.
In his new role, Francis will oversee all financial operations worldwide, augmenting the company’s management team as ChemLogix continues its growth and expansion into new markets.

With more than twenty years experience in the chemical industry as a creative financial leader for major corporations, Francis brings a strong background in corporate
finance to ChemLogix
. In addition to most recently serving as Vice President of Finance for
Zinsser Co. Inc. (RUST-OLEUM Group)
, he worked for over 20 years at Solvay Solexis Inc, holding
positions of increasing responsibility from financial analyst to Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer.
Francis promotion is effective immediately. He will remain based in ChemLogix’ headquarters in Blue Bell, PA.
